Happy New Year!

Well I've really never been one to make New Year's Resolutions but this year I have a rather lengthy list of things I want to do or change. I think part of the reason I have so many this year is that in less than a month I turn 30. Unfortunately my one resolution from last year didn't happen so I'll still have to continue with that one. I've heard and read that to achieve your goals you have to say them and share them so here they are:

1. Eat healthier. Paul and I have been known to eat more fast food than we should and it was confirmed by my doctor that yes, I do need to do something about that.
a) Eat more organic foods.
b) Try to kick my Diet Coke habit

2. Work out on a consistent basis. I go in spurts when it comes to working out. Most of the time it relates to a race I'm signed up for. I'm hoping to try a new gym for a while to make going a little less mundane. I also am going to try REALLY HARD to get up and go swimming. Hopefully my knees will hurt less and less and I can start to run again.

3. Floss daily. I recently paid a nice chunk of change to have some work done on my gums and I need to floss to keep them nice and healthy.

4. Wash my face every night. I don't have much to say about this one except I don't and I should.

Good for you. I'm also hoping to eat better (need to lose a few baby pounds... and the chocolate isn't helping). And I'm hoping to keep my house cleaner so it isn't such a big chore when I do need to clean it. Maybe we can keep each other accountable!

A lot of your goals are the same as mine! Although until the last month I had kicked the soda pop habit.
I like this idea and think I might have to do a similar post.
